Francisco Baquerizo Racines (b. 1993, Quito, Ecuador) is a visual artist and (vernacular) filmmaker based in the Netherlands whose practice engages in long-term imagery research and moving-image installation; his work has been presented internationally across and beyond South America and Europe.
